Kindness involves being caring, generous, helpful, considerate or respectful, among other qualities. You know I didn’t realize this but the characteristic of being kind can also be considered a skill. Sometimes, it doesn’t come naturally. You can become more aware and proactive in the amount of grace you grant others. It just takes practice.
